A variety of peppers and chilis are used to create these sizzling cheeses, from the smokiness of a chipotle to the inferno heat of the habanero, these cheeses are the perfect addition to a cheeseburger, snack plate or used to spice up a special casserole.  Our most popular hot pepper cheese is made by Pearl Valley Cheese company located right here in Coshocton County.
